Mudsnow scampered around the clearing, her paws skidding in the mud. She stopped suddenly, sending mud spraying onto Leopardleap. Her eyes widened in surprise. "S-sorry!" Stammered the Stormclan she-cat.

Leopardleap shook the mud out of her fur, not too bothered by the young warrior. "That's quite alright." Purred the Oakclan warrior good heartedly. "What is your name? Mine is Leopardleap." The white and black she cat asked her, blinking.

Smoketalon's nodded. "Yes," he meowed. "It has not been a too eventful moon, thank Starclan." Then His face grew slightly grave. "The only seriously bad thing was Willowstar's death. How is Toxicstar faring with the death of his mate?" "He seems to be doing well," Darkdream murmured. "Though he's yet to announce a deputy, so maybe I'm not the best judge of his state." She looked around, assessing the rest of the cat's chatter quickly before continuing. "I think he'll make an excellent leader, despite by doubts at the beginning." She finished. |
