Sunnyleaf nodded, having not much to add to the topic of the new apprentice-she'd grow and mature and she'd be fine. They were always fine. Snowpaw's heard started to turn and he could barely remember what the first question was by the time she finished the last. Skypaw, luckily for the other twin brother, spoke up with a reletitively well formed reply-his mind somewhat sharper than his twins. "My name's Skypaw, and this is my brother Snowpaw. We're RainClan apprentices, and yes, we're both training to be warrior." At the mention of 'training to be warriors' Snowpaw found a conversation he could participate in. "Oh yes!" He added. "We're going to be the best! Nobody can tell us apart, so we can ambush people and they'll think they're fighting one mighty warrior and we'll beat them so fast and we'll work well together and its going to be amazing!" He finished in on breath. Skypaw nodded along enthusiastically, looking at his brother with a protectiveness that could only sprout from concern. "But being a medicine cat apprentice must be super interesting..." Skypaw added meekly after a moment. Silverpaw nodded and spoke as though she was competing with Snowpaw for excitement and loudest voice. "That will be awesome!" She meowed excitedly, tripping over her words as she talked so much. Finally, a cat who talks just as much as I do! She thought. "I bet training as a warrior would be AMAZING! My sisters, Dreampaw and Whisperpaw, are gonna be warriors too! They trained really hard yesterday! We became apprentices yesterday! When did you become apprentices? How old are you? Who are your mentors? Do you like living in Rainclan? Do you wish you were in MY clan?!" She talked so much, that some of the other cats were starting to stare. "It's really cool being a medicine cat, also!" She added. "I've only been a medicine cat for one day. Almost two, though! Learning herbs is cool! I only learned two so far- Marygold to heal cuts and cobwebs to spot bleeding." As she announced the herbs and what they were for, she stopped to catch her breath, glancing around with bright eyes. "And burdock for rat bites, and comfrey for broken bones." Skypaw added, the last word barely out before Snowpaw interrupted with: "We've been apprentices for a few moons and it's really fun! Maybe we'll meet your siblings one day. I'm really good at the strong stuff-badger moves and the like. Skypaw-" Snowpaw snorted with amusement. "Well, the last time Skypaw tried he landed on his face!" Skypaw looked embarrassed, but seemingly more because he was caught in a less than dignified position rather than the actual story. "RainClans good." Skypaw said, the flustered apprentice trying to get the conversation back on track. "And Id often thought about what it would be like to live in a different Clan. StormClan seems so cool, but I'm not really sure if be able to handle not being allowed to swim as often." |

Fleetstar leaped up on the great branch and gazed down at the cats, his eyes unreadable.
Summerstreak dipped her head to the deputy before retreading to the edge of the huge, mossy clearing.
Daisyspark yawned, her muscles tense and her ears twisting to pick up the sound of peaceful chatter.

Then she listened as Snowpaw told her about meeting her siblings and about Skypaw falling on his face. She giggled and smiled. "That's OK!" She meowed, trying to make the quieter apprentice not feel so bad about falling. "I always tripp and fall a lot! I did it on the way to the gathering today, in fact!" She smiled at the two. Toxicstar dipped his head respectfully to the leader of Rainclan as he leaped upon the branch beside him. "Hello," he greeted calmly, keeping his gaze free of emotion and his orbs held a shimmery gold. |

Riverbreeze twitched her tail, not sure what to say. She watched Skypaw, Snowpaw, and Silverpaw with renewed interest as thelittle she-cat asked how much Skypaw enjoyed helping her out.

Shatteredstar nodded as the other leaders joined her on the branch. Perhaps they should begin? Not wanting to tire her voice out before the actual meeting began, she turned and raised an eye to Toxicstar, as if asking the question anyways.

Uh, training is much more... engaging." He finished lamely, flicking his white tail in discomfort. "But why don't we move on to you. Do you and your siblings get along? I know me and Snowpaw never argue, but we're weirdos, so I doubt you have the same relationship." The 'smart' half of the twins began speaking rapidly, changing the subject and turning it on Silverpaw. |

Silverpaw smiled. "My sisters and I get along...pretty well. We do fought sometimes, but not very often. And don't worry," she reassured the tom. "I don't think your weird0s!"

Skypaw made an action like he was relieved to hear that, smiling before looking at Snowpaw to continue the conversation. "So, learned anything interesting?" The fluffy white tom asked lamely.
"Or any other topic in the world." Skypaw added.

Silverpaw twitched one pointy ear in confusion. "Not really, besides the basics...She murmured. Then she perked up again. "We are going to the moonstone in a few night falls!" Then, she heard the clan leaders call for the meeting to close. "Oh!" She said. "I'll see you next gathering! Njce meeting you! Bye!" And with that, the small apprentice hared after her clan.
Sandyflower and Ravenwish headed home.
Smoketalon greeted his leader then padded away with a smile to the others.
Mudsnow padded after her leader.
Winddust leaped out.
Shadowclaw trotted over to the two identical apprentices after Silverpaw went away. "Come on." He said. "Time to go. Did you have a good time?" He asked as they headed toward the entrance of the clearing.

Shatteredstar leapt down, collecting her clan and disappearing.
Darkdream snaked her way over to her brother, before turning and heading out together.
Snowpaw looked up as Shadowclaw padded up. "Oh, it was great!" He exclaimed. "We met that knew medicine cat apprentice, S... Silverpaw!" He said, stuttering over her name as he tried to remember it. After a moment, Skypaw added. "It was a good gathering."
